Installation Instructions

Choose your device type from the below options:

  1. Click on the download link above
  2. Open the settings app and click on Profile Downloaded
  3. Where prompted press Install
  4. If prompted, enter your phones passcode to continue
  5. Navigate to Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings and tick the Network Security certificate

  2. Open the file once downloaded (At the bottom of the page)
  3. If prompted, enter your phones passcode to continue
  4. Enter a name for the certificate and choose VPN and apps from the drop down list then click OK.

  2. Open the file once downloaded (At the bottom of the page)
  3. If prompted, click on open in the pop-up
  4. Click Install Certificate
  5. Select Local Machine (If you are not an administrator select Current User)
  6. Click Next and if promted, accept the administrator prompt.
  7. Select Place all certificates in the following store
  8. Click Browse and select Trusted Root Certification Authorities
  9. Click Next, Finish and then OK.
  10. Close and reopen all web browsers for the changes to take effect.

  2. Open the file once downloaded
  3. In the pop-up menu, choose System from the drop down list (If you are not an administrator select user)
  4. If prompted, enter the password for your administrator account (Or current user account if not an administrator)
  5. Open your keychain by pressing Cmd + Space and typing Keychain
  6. Select System (Or user if not an administrator) and also choose All Items on the left hand menu
  7. Double click the certificate Network Security
  8. Expand the first section within the certificate and choose always trust from the drop down list
  9. If prompted, enter the password for you administrator account (Or current user account if not an administrator)
  10. You may need to restart Safari for this change to take effect

  2. From within the Chrome Web Browser, click on the three dots located top right, Go to > Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom and expand Show advanced settings
  4. Select Manage Certificates
  5. Go to the Authorities tab and click Import...
  6. Navigate to your downloads area and select the file you downloaded earlier and click open
  7. Tick the "Trust this certificate for identifying websites" box and click OK
  8. Close the settings tab
  9. You may need to restart the Chrome application for this to take affect
